Park Rules
1. Persons may not participate in activities or enter the property unless they have a signed liability waiver on file with GetAway Bay. If a participant is under age 18, their parent or legal guardian must sign this document on their behalf.
2. Participants must not attempt to swim across the lake at any time. IT'S FARTHER THAN IT LOOKS
3. Participants must obey all safety instructions from GetAway Bay staff at all times.
4. Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behavior is not tolerated and may lead to ejection from the premises.
5. NO GLASS BOTTLES OR OTHER GLASS OBJECTS
6. NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
7. NO PETS UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED
8. Alcohol may not be consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Anyone found to have provided alcohol to minors will be removed from the property and reported to authorities.
9. ATTEMPTS TO GO ON THE WATER PARK
WITHOUT THE PROPER SAFETY EQUIPMENT
OR PASS WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EJECTION
FROM THE PARK WITH NO REFUND
10. NO FISHING ON WEEKENDS and only in fishing zones
11. ANYONE VISIBLY INTOXICATED
WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE PARK
Violation of any one of these rules will result in a permanent ban from the property. The remaining rules can be read in the waiver.
